本声明说明当前网站设计预览如何处理信息。真实 AI、语音、记忆和恢复服务尚未接入；正式服务的隐私声明须按实际功能另行更新。
1. 适用范围与运营信息
本声明适用于 Collie 网站设计预览。Collie 为暂定品牌名，不代表已注册的公司或商标。运营主体、地址和隐私联系渠道尚未公布；当前不接受商业订单或恢复文件。
This notice applies to the Collie design preview. Collie is a working brand name, not a representation of a registered entity or trademark. Operator details and privacy contact channels are not yet published. No commercial orders or recovery files are accepted.
2. 处理哪些信息
浏览器语言用于选择中英文页面。输入框中的文字只用于当前页面的预设引导，暂存在页面内存中。本页不读取设备文件、照片、联系人或聊天数据库，不请求麦克风权限。请勿输入密码、账户密钥或其他私人内容。
Browser language selects the interface language. Text entered in the demo is used for scripted guidance and remains in page memory. The page does not read device files, photos, contacts or chat databases, and does not request microphone access. Do not enter passwords, keys or private content.
3. 信息用途
语言设置用于显示相应文字；演示输入用于展示可能的服务流程。此处不进行真实 AI 推理、恢复分析、广告画像或用户营销。
Language settings determine interface text. Demo input illustrates a potential service flow. This preview does not perform real AI inference, recovery analysis, advertising profiling or user marketing.
6. 存储、安全与保留
本页没有对话持久存储；刷新或关闭页面后，应用中的对话内存会清除。托管平台可能保存常规访问日志，其期限由平台管理。本预览没有经过安全认证或独立审计，不作绝对安全承诺。
The application does not persist chat. Refreshing or closing the page clears its conversation memory. Hosting access logs may be retained under platform policies. No security certification or independent audit is claimed.
7. 区域与跨境处理
网站预览由第三方托管平台提供，不能据此承诺所有访问数据均位于客户所在国家。正式服务将按实际部署说明区域、供应商和跨区数据流。原始恢复文件默认留在本机属于产品设计原则，尚未在本预览中启用。
The preview uses a third-party host; it does not promise all access data remains in the visitor’s country. Production regions, providers and cross-region flows will be explained for the actual deployment. Keeping recovery files local is a planned product principle, not a feature enabled here.
8. 你的选择与信息管理
你可以不填写对话、刷新清除当前演示记录，或直接关闭页面。持续记忆、账户资料管理和删除请求入口尚未启用；正式服务上线前需要明确对应流程。
You can skip chat, refresh to clear the current demo, or close the page. Persistent memory, account management and deletion-request workflows are not enabled; their procedures must be defined before launch.
9. 未成年人
本预览不是面向儿童设计的服务，也不主动收集年龄或儿童资料。正式服务的适用年龄、监护人要求及相关处理规则，将在上线前确定。
This preview is not designed for children and does not actively collect ages or children’s information. Production age limits and guardian-related requirements will be established before launch.
10. 更新与联系
本页版本日期为 2026 年 10 月 15 日。接入账户、支付、AI、语音、记忆或恢复功能时，应更新本说明并明确新的处理方式。运营主体及正式联系渠道见“联系我们”页面的发布状态。
This version is dated October 15, 2026. Account, payment, AI, voice, memory or recovery integrations require an updated notice describing the resulting processing. See Contact for operator and contact-channel status.
