1. 当前功能

网站提供界面展示、指南和预设引导。对话不是实际模型回复；语音、持续记忆、设备采集、文件导出和付款均未接入。

This site presents design, guides and scripted interactions. Real model responses, voice, persistent memory, device acquisition, file exports and payments are not connected.

2. 数据使用范围

未来的恢复服务应仅处理客户有权访问且明确授权的数据。此预览不接受或处理待恢复文件。

Any future recovery service should process only data the customer is authorized to access and has explicitly authorized for processing. This preview accepts no recovery files.

3. 结果与限制

指南不代表对具体设备的恢复承诺。完整原图、备份副本、缩略图、数据库残片与相关线索，必须按来源和完整程度区分。

Guides do not promise results on a specific device. Originals, backup copies, thumbnails, database fragments and related clues must be distinguished by source and completeness.

4. 费用、订单与退款 / Payment & refunds

拟上线测试价：基础款$25.99（1台电脑＋2台iPhone）、半自动$45.99（1＋3）、全自动$65.99（1＋5）。一次付款，无需订阅、不自动续费，无需创建账号。三档均含整单共用30天AI文字咨询并赠送基础本地加密；半自动3台手机每台各含1次AI协助代办；全自动5台手机每台各含1次授权AI全程代办。30天AI咨询由本订单所有设备共享。购买前列明目标、来源及交付。

Proposed trial prices: Basic $25.99 (1 computer + 2 iPhones), Assisted $45.99 (1 + 3), Managed $65.99 (1 + 5). One payment, no subscription or auto-renewal, and no account creation. All plans include 30-day AI text support shared per order and basic local encryption. Assisted includes 1 AI-assisted task for each of its 3 phones. Managed includes 1 authorized AI-managed task for each of its 5 phones. All devices share one 30-day AI consultation period. Goals, sources and delivery are agreed before payment.

Free diagnosis, preview before paying: review real results, sources, counts, dimensions and quality, then confirm the delivery list before payment. Deleted data is not guaranteed recoverable. AI photo repair is optional and priced per image; secure deletion is quoted separately.

未交付或交付不符承诺，及时启动受影响范围的退款；重复扣费及适用法律要求的退款同样处理。符合约定交付后不提供单纯反悔的额外退款，法定权益不受影响。退款到账依支付渠道而定。我们造成的故障顺延服务期。支持到期不锁定已交付文件。

For non-delivery or delivery that differs from the promise, we promptly initiate a refund of the affected amount. Duplicate charges and refunds required by law are covered. No additional change-of-mind refund is offered after conforming delivery; statutory rights remain unaffected. Settlement depends on the payment provider. Delays caused by us extend the service window. Support expiry does not lock delivered files.

5. 品牌与发布状态

Collie 是暂用名称，犬类视觉正在修改。本站与《灵犬莱西》或 Apple 无关联。正式上线前需要补齐运营主体、服务范围、供应商说明和适用条款。

Collie is a working name and the canine visual design is being revised. There is no affiliation with Lassie or Apple. Operator identity, scope, providers and applicable terms must be completed before launch.
